Not good

I kept thinking that there was going to be some crazy twists but the one I thought did it very early on was the guilty one and the reason they did it was exactly what I thought. The narration was good and the book wasn’t poorly written but the plot was really predictable. I did actually enjoy the ending the most. Probably because the abruptness was the only thing I didn’t see coming.

Bad ending.

The overall story was good and I loved the narration. But to have it end that way made the whole book feel empty (and unfinished) for me.

This is book 1

I wish I would have know there was a sequel to this book before I listened to the sequel first. I still listened and enjoyed this book but would have preferred to listen in the correct order. It is still a good listen

Good read

I like this book because it had a lot of twist and turns. I thought I was figuring it out and then it turns out I didn’t. I was surprised at the end.

Meh (Plot was great but overall it fell short)

I was highly disappointed by the ending. The villian I was ok with but I felt that the author could've done so much more. The protagonist was sooo annoying - she would not take accountability for her actions despite being abducted and in potential peril. She was narcissistic and her killer a sociopath or maybe they were both sociopaths. Anywho I don't believe I'll be reading/listening to any more books by this author.
