Long winded…

I felt it was drawn out way too long. It would have been far more interesting if it was written in half the time. So much “building up” to the “twists and turns”. I love my mysteries and thrillers… so i wasn’t super impressed by this. The narrator was great though!

Ending great. Majority very long and slow

Loved the ending. Unexpected. The story overall though was very long and drawn out. Takes a while for the story to form

Almost didn’t finish

I struggled with this one. I listen while I walk. I found myself drifting to other thoughts because a lot of the book was drawn out and boring. I didn’t care for the style it was written in, and found it somewhat confusing. I realized at the end, it was possibly purposefully confusing, however it made it hard to keep my interest. The reviews kept mentioning a twist at the end, which was the only reason I continued. The twist was fun and written in a different style, I think I would have really enjoyed the book.

Confusing and less than climactic.

The characters were very confusing. The story jumped around so much that by the end I didn’t even understand what was going on and who was who. I thought maybe that there were possibly some multiple personalities going on but then it went into a whole different direction.

The end surprised me!

This was not a bad read, an easy listen with good characters. My reason for the 3/5 was that it felt drawn out more than it needed to be. It could’ve been a little more condensed and in turn could have thickened the plot some. Once I got to the last 1/4 of the book it truly started picking up in the suspenseful way with some twists you probably didn’t expect. I enjoyed the read none the less

Weird Storyline

This story felt like it never really got started. The timelines were confusing and still not exactly sure what the point of the story was - felt like a waste of time.

Confusing audible read

Way too much skipping from person to person without clarity. I found it super confusing to know who was speaking most of the time. The plot was interesting-but needs more than one person narrating.

Great story- loved the twists. The reader was great. Wished there were different voices for the characters.

Was written in a way that keeps you guessing and wondering until the end. It's like a puzzle that you're not sure what is pieces and what isn't. written well and the narration keeps on track with what the author intended.
