Don't let the title fool you. It will show you how to set healthy boundaries and to love yourself first, which will help with attracting the right kind of partner. Great tips throughout for women already in relationships or looking for one.

Simple and easy listen

I think the book captures the point of “being who you want to date” well. I wish the author provided more in-depth examples of phrases and sentences people can use for flirting. Dating varies greatly from person to person hence this are no hard and fast rules to dating. I like that the book emphasizes that at the end of the day dating shouldn’t be about just finding another person but about you being comfortable with yourself and wanting to improve yourself. I really agree with this.
