I can't believe it but I think i like this series more than the original. I am almost complete with book#2

I have enjoyed the VGO stories so much? I am sad this is the last storyline. This is my favorite so far. Short review, I need to quickly download the next in the series.

Great story, characters, and narration.

Narration was incredible. Loved the story and characters. I wish the book were a bit longer.

Very good book with a spin

I was searching for a new series. I had listened to VGO series and kept by-passing the rest wondering if the could be as good as the other I had listened to. I am so happy I did. I have listened to well over 1000 books and picken is getting slim. But every now and then you find one you overlooked.. I was pleasantly surprised by this one and I listened to it in one day. I am going to get book 2 now and see if it is as good... Thanks to D.J. Bodden and James Hunter for taking the time to help me escape real life. After cancer and chemo there is not a lot I can do but you guys helped jump start my imagination.. Thank you Tim V

well when I reach what was the end of the series I grabbed this...and I was very pleased to go back to the very beginning and see a little bit of the game before.
well worth the credit and looking forward to the next one.

Just as good, dare say better than the original series. If you enjoyed the original than you are going to love this one.

I love this series!

This story is well written and fantastically performed by the narrator. It will suck you in and keep you wishing for more. I love the way the author describes the scene with plenty of detail but not so much that it takes away from the flow of the story. It doesn't have the big battles like most LitRPGs have but plenty of intrigue and drama to make up for it. The narrator voices the MC very well and gives credit to the rest of the supporting roles.

An interesting background story line for the VGOL series. They have provided many, many hours of entertainment on long trips.

a good book for litrpg fans

the voice actor does a good job and on top of that I would strongly recommend before reading this one you read the primary Viridian gate series but I would also advise you read the primary series before reading any of the side series as it gives a lot of context
