Now Brion must decide between saving his mother and his wife or saving King Emyr and the whole of the Frei-Ock Isle from chaos and bloodshed. If he chooses wrong, he may lose everything and everyone he cares about.

Engaging and exciting

I liked the story line. This was a different reader from the first 2 which took some getting used to.

Decent

The story begins very choppy and confusing but the whole second half is great. Not as good as the first two but still entertaining.

Enjoyable listen

So glad to finally see books 2 and 3 in the series. Hope book 4 will be available soon
