I know you can't burn fat, because very often, the diets you make are not very effective and are very hard to do.

Excruciating!
The narrator was awful. She would lose where she was in the book often or say the wrong words. There was background noise. She seemed as though she didn’t want to read the book or a bit judgy while reading the information being given. The information being given was extremely repetitive. I do not recommend!
