Love it

There are many books about Vegas lifestyle but I found this one to be the most helpful. If you are trying to help the environment like me, you should definitely read this book. Highly recommended

a wonderful book

okay I will call this book a guide though it's not a guide precisely it's more on an inspirational and informational book about the vegan life and you have a lot of tips in it and how to travel and get food all around the world that is vegan and very good for you and you have a lot of nice advices in here again I'm not vegan but I'm a very respectful of the life style and this is why I wanted to listen to this book and this is a great way for someone like my best friend and the perspective that is very healthy for you and very good for you to stop eating meat and stop eating milk products it's a very interesting and very human perspective on life and I like the people that can actually do it so it was a very enjoyable book to listen to the tips they were absolutely incredible I think I will this as a gift to my friend it was a very very interesting guide

An awesome intro to veganism

This audiobook really gives you great insight into all the benefits of being a vegan and everything you need to succeed with the diet. It emphasizes the health benefits and high potential for weight loss as well as all the good you can do for the lives of wild animals. Not only that, it gives you all the tools you need to happily and successfully navigate veganism so you can make it a part of your lifestyle long term. I definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in becoming a vegan.

Good Beginner guide into veganism

Lots of interesting information on the effects of eating animals have on the environment. I like that Sam added a step by step process to changing your diet and adapting to a vegan diet. Good guide on vegan approved supplements. Also, what to eat while traveling and some tasty recipes to make at home. Overall a great book if you're looking to changing to a Vegan Diet, interesting ideas that are worth looking into. I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Great read for any Beginner Vegan!

The book was very well written and Sam makes it so easy to understand. The step by step layout allows anybody listening to really absorb the information and start implementing these diets and habits into their lives. I have a friend that has just recently started a vegan diet and I will definitely recommend it to him!

Great book for vegan beginners

My only complaint is that I bought the audible version but for the recipe chapters would be nice if a PDF was provided. Are we expected to listen and write down all the recipes? I've seen other Audible books that provide a supplemental PDF.
