Very practical and interesting read about “status”

I loved the premise of women building your status in the workplace. This book made me realize status as something I myself have found success in but have never labeled it that way. I have new ideas on how to grow my techniques and feel a lot of confidence from this book. Some of the tips I felt were repetitive but likely it’s purposeful to drive the point.

Profound impact!!!

This book put into words so many things that I did not previously have the capacity to articulate!!! If you are female and looking to find an authentic way to show up with a stronger presence while staying true to yourself, this book is a MUST read. Lots to ponder and plenty of action steps also. The perfect balance. It's now in my top 10 list!!!
