Book one was good and this one was even better

Great story, fast paced and performed to perfection. Book one was great and this one was even better. I already have book 3 in my library and can't wait to get to it. Hopefully Nate Van Coops keeps these stories coming.

Aviation realism in an action packed thriller

I enjoyed the second book of the Tropic series with its solid cast of characters and a fast paced storyline. As an amphibious seaplane pilot and owner, I especially appreciate the realism in the descriptions of flying the Mallard.

Story flowed well, perfect mix of action, romance, plot, and technical details

I really enjoyed this sequel to Tropic Angel, I love anything narrated by Scott Brick, and Nate Van Coops does a great job of mixing action, a great storyline, and describing technical details without it being boring or slowing the action down. Hope there is a 3rd book in the works!

Scott & Nate do it again.

If possible, I like this book even better than the first, and I loved the first book!!!! Maybe it's because the setting is in the Bahamas where I flew and spent a lot of time. Maybe also because Lukes's classic Mallard seaplane plays a big roll in the story. As with the first book, Nate's knowledge of planes & piloting are right on. As on most of Luke Angle's flights, better buckle up and hold on, you're in for a wild ride. Great story, Scott Brick as always is brilliant. Pilots and normal people will love this one.
