The inner circle is at it again it seems. Murder, suspense and a plethora of suspects.

Excellent story

Good story with lots of intrigue. I love the characters, the setting, and the history.

Another great story

Just love the characters and development of them with each new book. Still not pleased with the new narrator’s style of storytelling. I find her delivery a bit slow for my liking. I do bump up the playback speed to 1.15 which helps.

Gripping story

There are many twists and turns in this story. The middle kept me guessing. The narration is better at 1.15 speed.

Interesting historical line mystery

The series gets more and more interesting as historical issues intertwined. The narrator was quite good although sometimes the voices were so similar it was a little difficult to figure out who was speaking. Enjoy this series so much!

I've never known an author to have this level of intrigue without a red Herring in sight, and keeps you on the edge until the very last second!

Lots of intrigue, great character development, kept me guessing till the end!!!! She never fails to write a great story.

Gripping Story from start to finish!

This Anne Perry is multi-layered with different murders in different directions and it's completely enthralling.

One of the best in the Pitt series with many twists and turns. A completely satisfying read!

Bad narrator

I did not like the reading of Jenny Sterlin at all. Her reading made the story drag ' but I do like the story line.
