Have you ever been on TikTok scrolling through the For You page and come across a video of a delicious looking dish? Of course, you have! You want to make it, but you have to watch the video several times to see the ingredients, or pause the video if the creator was nice enough to share the ingredients in the video. The ingredients might be shown, but the creator didn’t get the spice bottle all the way on the screen. Someone may ask in the comment section what spices were used or how much was used, but again, the creator may not provide the answer. You try to guess, but now it’s taking more effort than you want to give to something that looks so easy to make.

I felt the same way. I thought, what if the recipes were written down in one space where I could quickly reference them all at once just like a cookbook. That was a great idea, but I couldn’t find these wonderful trending recipes written down anywhere. Yes, some creators might reference another site they have the recipe on or you’re following that creator, so you can see what’s their latest creation. You still have to go through those extra steps to get to that yummy deliciousness you saw moments ago. So here we are. The solution for those of us who want to try the recipes we see without all the hassle.

While I do cook and know my way around the kitchen, I must say I have given my best effort to capturing the recipes, researching product and spice names, and appropriate cooking temperatures. As with all recipes you may find you might like more or less salt. You might want your bacon a little crispier or just a little more cheese to top off that dish. Experiment to find what your taste buds like. But most importantly, in TikTok fashion, have fun! Now let’s get cooking!

Delicious inspiration when you don’t know what to make

Simple sounding recipes to listen to on the way home from work. I like how it breaks each one down by ingredients, preparation and the instructions. You can easily find a dish, make a shopping list then go home to prepare and enjoy it. Bon Appetit!

OMG, can’t wait to try the creamy spinach and artichoke pasta AND the keto margarita pizza. I’ve been on the keto diet for a while, so I appreciate that this book contains keto recipes. I always find myself scrolling on tik tok for recipes because they looks so good and easy to make. When I try to make them though, I always have to rewatch the videos while I cook, and I have dirty hands and ingredients everywhere. It’s a mess and a pain to touch my phone with my greasy hands. THIS book is great to just listen and be able to make recipes. I don’t have to scroll and waste time. This works great for me and can’t wait to share it with my mom in the kitchen! Love it!

Great Audiobook!

I bought this audiobook because a friend recommended it to me because he knows I love to eat and exercise. There are 44 recipes inside. There is one that I make do. I love burrito!

Buy this book. I recommand it.

Delightful listen

I can listen to the cookbook as I drive home and get ideas of what to cook for dinner. I definitely like listening better than watching those cooking videos. This is clear and easy to know what ingredients are being used and in what amounts.

The narrator is wonderful to listen to. His voice is so calm that I can easily make it through rush hour traffic listening to this.

Putting these recipes together was a smart idea because, in comparison to TikTok, I have considered books to be very handy. I'm going to try the majority, if not all, of these recipes at some point!

What a great idea for a book.

This gives you everything you need—well, besides the food—to put up the coolest vids. It just gets you pumped to try all the recipes. Great narration too.
