Lovely story, slightly flawed narration

Narrators need to learn that ‘mischievous’ has only three syllables, not four.

Loved the characters, storylines and plot development. That this diss not use AI ‘voices’ is a big plus!

Theoretically Amazing!

Honestly- the book was so amazing, the Voice Actors really did a wonderful job embodying the characters! I really love how the book captures raw emotions, the awkwardness of sex when freshly out, and how religion and being yourself play into identity! Such a great book! I hope there’s more in the future!!

The raw, sweet, and passionate emotions of everybody is incredible.

Seeing the relationship between Theo and Caleb going through hardships and becoming stronger was heart warming at times, and crushing at others. No relationship will be perfect and this is beautiful displayed through the book. The performance of the narrators was astounding. Being able to feel so much emotion from their voices was indescribable. Overall this book is well worth the time and I can’t wait for the next!

Incredible!

I listened to the first book, and NEEDED more. Both had me in tears. These books cover hard topics, like religious trauma and guilt, and listening to them has helped me identify and deal with my own issues.
These books are a MUST READ (listen to) for anyone who needs to hear that is okay to be gay/bi/queer, even when you have people around that may not agree.
The story is so beautiful and so powerful. I loved every moment of listening!

Strength

Such a perfect ending for this love story. To have the strenght to be true to yourself is hard, but fulfilling.
