how easy it was to follow the guided instructions to heal the vagus nerve in my body.

I thought this was a great book. After explaining how our vagus nerve works in our bodies. she explains how to reactivate, and heal our vagus nerve. One step at a time. I am glad that I listened to this title on Audible. I will find other books on this subject.
