Worth the wait!

I’ve been excited for this book since finishing book 2 and it did not disappoint. Well told fun story and Narration was great!

A perfect conclusion

The perfect finale (for what I assume is the last book in a trilogy?). I wasn’t initially intrigued by the Rosie/Adam romance, but they have become one of my favorite fictional couples.

Loved the Story but....

Where is the second narrator? Why are there two narrators listed for this book when there is only one? It's very misleading. Can someone explain what happened?

loved this book in the seties and hope it is not the last! Love me some Megan Brennen!
The creativity and imagination of the author is amazing.
The fact that a disclaimer that any resemblamce to any person alive or dead... well thats just crazy funny!
This Romantasy genre book is one of ghe best I'be read. I would put it right up thete with Onyx Storm!!!

Such Mixed Feelings

I have such mixed feelings surrounding The Underdutting of Rosie and Adam.

I started reading shortly after my grandmother's funeral, so the funeral taking up the first chunk of the book really hit hard and made it challenging for me to continue

The large time jump between books two and three seemed contrived, specifically to allow for the funeral plot and a tool to be able to bring Zeddie and Duckers' together after unseen growth. I would have loved to see how Zeddie and Duckers grew. I felt swindled - this should have been Zeddie and Duckers' book, and Rosie and Adam could have had a spin-off story. the clear avoidance of a queer couple being the MCs felt icky and disheartening. Also, we missed their wedding?! I'm honestly so sad about this decision.

Othwise, I really enjoyed rosie and adam's story quite a lot, even if it did feel slow in some parts. The slowness felt right for their story, somehow.

A little disappointed

I’ve been waiting a year for this one to come out and was really looking forward to the demigod story. For me, it was a little lackluster. Spoiler alert. It definitely was too Insta love for me. And the plot really was not plotting. 90% of the book felt like copy paste repeat. The burn was slow, but not in a good way. No yearning or ganged really came across well and I was completely disconnected from this couple. It was more invested in hearing about other people stories than hers.
