Straight forward yet effective advice
Great book it came at a very relevant time for me as like most small operators I am wearing way too many hats, I have already started putting Matt’s business advice into practice and made a list of tasks to stop doing, maybe a little dry but the subject is also.
It is motivating and refreshing to find business advice that isn’t about being more efficient by doing more in your day but rather better ways of delegating tasks so you can focus on growing the business, well done.
