Easy read

After finishing, I almost wish it were a longer story. It has happiness, sadness, mystery, and twists. Overall a decent recommendation for a short story that is to the point.

Interesting storyline and easy read.

I enjoyed this book. I found the female main character very easy to relate to and also enjoyed hearing the point of view from the aunt. I also enjoyed that the author depicts that some secrets are better left unknown.

So good!!

This book was fantastic! I almost wish there were more to it but it did end amazingly as well! Mystery, comedy, sadness, love…it’s all there. Anyone who reads this will not be disappointed.

This was a terrific book! Aunt Adeline goes missing and Charlotte comes to find her.The house and out buildings are searched,no trace of her is found. There are so many secrets, and when they come out,WOW! Narration by Annalee Scott was wonderful.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

well that was interesting

I really liked this book this is my third book by Leah Orr and I like her writing style very much. this book had a lot of twists and turns and some. oh my moments and some wow did that just happen moments? it's a quick read. it's fun! I highly recommend it

Fast read

This is a fast easy read. A little romance. a little intrigue, a little fun in a little book I enjoyed the characters and the story. I enjoyed the narrator. Overall Al great listen.

Great story!

I almost wish the story was longer. It was well written, with lots of twists and turns to hold your attention. The narrator was excellent, too (and I'm extremely particular about narrators - if he or she isn't decent, I won't even finish the book). I'm looking forward to more by this author.

Romance and Mystery Mixed together Powerfully

Wow! What an incredible writer Leah Orr is! This book kept me listening for more details about the characters in the present and the past. There were so many ins and outs and so much mystery pulled along as a crime drama mixed with multiple romance stories. The ending was very satisfying as the pieces were pulled together and more surprises were discovered. Just what a good story should be. The narrator was excellent and was easy to listen to as she led me deeper into the book.

Well written, easy listen

I really enjoyed this audiobook. The reader was easy to listen to and the story was well written. I listened to it on my drive home from my parents house after Easter and almost had it finished when I got home. If you are looking for a quick, good read/listen this is a great choice.
