Looooved this! FFM with a hot af femme Dom! 🥵 Really enjoyed the "coming of age" trope Zuriel goes through.

It was a easy read as far as storyline. I really enjoyed the alternating characters by chapter. will definitely read again.

Favorite in the series!

I was so looking forward to this book, I skipped the one before it. And it did not disappoint! Such a flawless adaptation of the characters we all know to the framework of the Wicked Villains. Only wish some of the narrators had matched the other’s version of their character’s voice a bit better. But did not ruin my overall enjoyment!

Dom ursala and submissive little mermaid!

Its like a sexy, smutty version of the little mermaid. I didn’t care for ursas voice but it had an interesting story line.

This book was like reliving my own life experiences

I had a domme and a sister sub just like ursa and aleric. My domme was closed off and cruel, but powerful and eventually let me in and cared about me deeply, my sister sub was with her longer and would do anything for her, but loved me instantly, and I was the newbie surrounded by more experienced individuals. We became infatuated in a short time, had a painful falling out in the middle, then made up. Sadly we didn’t get the chance to explore our relationship much further after that because they both unexpectedly passed away one right after the other within a year. I was devastated and still am as it was quite recent. This book was like reliving everything that happened with them in a painful but also bittersweet way. I am glad to have gotten to experience all those emotions again both the good and the bad thanks to this book. And I have never read a book that has reflected my own life so accurately as this one. I hope to one day have another great love and dynamic as the ones in this series, when I am ready. Until then I will continue to enjoy these stories and feel them heal something deep inside me.

It was alright

Not my favorite Wicked Villains book. I feel like the storyline is similar to previous books and not quite as spicy as some of the others. But I’m a completionist and I will continue to read all the books in both the Wicked Villains books as well as Dark Olympus.

pleasantly surprised, couldn't stop listening

I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy this book, but It was so good! I'd listen to this over and over just because of Zuri's voice! she does so good on the other characters, Wish she did the whole book!

Eh…

I did not like these characters. They all made me uncomfortable in some way. The story was a little boring and predictable, and surprisingly the *scenes* made me uncomfortable. Which I don’t know why because dark romance and smutty romance are all I’m reading right now. I’m usually a BIG fan of Katee Robert, I’m so loving her Dark Olympus series but so far I do not like her Wicked Villians series…idk just me I guess 🤷‍♀️Also, I did not like the voice actor for Alaric. His women voices seemed almost mocking.

Come for the smut…

Stay for the (surprisingly sweet) love story! Did not expect to enjoy this story as much as I did— worth the credit!

Very Sexy

Overall, the book presents a well-developed storyline. I appreciate the portrayal of the polyamorous relationship dynamics and the level of submission that Ursa is able to elicit from her two partners. The power dynamics and the balance between dominance and love are also explored effectively in the narrative.
