Loved Sophie and Ike

The Score is the 3rd book in the Single in Seattle series, but can be read as a standalone.

I loved this book, couldn’t put it down. Listened to it in one day because I was so consumed with Ike and Sophie. They met by chance, and as fate would have it wouldn’t be their last encounter.

Of course from the bat we get the witty and sassy banter, insta-lust, push and pull between these two. The chemistry is on point. I love how as the relationship evolved they could read each other so well. They gave each other the support, love and strength needed. Sophie is a driven women who struggled when she was younger but overcame her issues and is now so confident and poised. He’s a famous quarterback but so down to earth, and just such a true gentleman. There is family drama on his side, which he struggles with. The Montgomery’s are always full of quirky one liners, overprotectiveness but so accepting and full of love. I love how all the cousins are so close. And the the Shenanigans that are had, priceless. Proby always does an amazing and seamless job with the family cameos through out the books which I love to see. Of course there is the plot twist we never saw coming. Light angst, which I always love, always wished the books were longer ( I’m sure that’s a Me problem). Overall amazing listen
The narrators were excellent, the transitions to different characters were seamless. Great listen

The perfect edition to continue with The Montgomery Family Saga

Kristen Proby does a spectacular job of taking the perfect ingredients that are Sophie Montgomery & Ike Harrison and creates the perfect recipe that are not only beautiful but also delicious! She weaves their stories together to run them up and down the field to score the field goals!

This story is fun, light and a great read! It’s perfect for a quick read or if you want to snuggle up with a cozy book.

Another great addition to the Single in Seattle series

Such a great addition to the Single in Seattle series. I absolutely loved Sophie and Ike and their chemistry. From the moment they ran into each other, literally, the chemistry was tangible. Ike was ever the southern gentleman and I loved how confident, strong and independent Sophie was.

I loved getting to see the cousins in this book and watching them all interact along with seeing the parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents. I’ll never get enough of the Montgomerys and reading about this generation.

Loved the narration on this one Jason Clarke was great as Ike and Kristen Leigh as Sophie was another great addition to the audiobook.

Fantastic

Omg! I just loved Sophie and Ike. These 2 were absolutely explosive from the moment they literally run into each other.
Sophie’s back story and her choice of career was so perfect and I love how it played into the storyline. And Ike, can I just say SWOON!!
I love seeing all the cousins, the Montgomery’s and maybe a few surprise O’Callaghans.
I am really loving this next generation. Jason Clarke and Kirsten Leigh were amazing.

Love this series!

I am a huge fan of the With Me in Seattle series and I am equally a fan of the Single in Seattle series with the second generation of this same family. The Score is the story of Isaac and Stacy's daughter Sophie, and Ike, the new quarterback for the Seattle NFL team. The meet cute is great and the attraction is instant from both sides. I'm a sucker for a good insta-love trope and this was pretty close to being just that. The challenges that this couple runs into are more from outside forces and not the typical internal angst of should I or shouldn't I, and I love to see a couple stay together and face an obstacle rather than break up temporarily in the 3rd act due to some silly miscommunication or ridiculous assumptions. Sophie's big extended family also appears in the book which brings with it a familiarity and consistency that I really appreciate.

Kirsten Leigh and Jason Clarke are fantastic and absolutely bring the heat and the heart that these characters demand and deserve. I could listen to this pair and this book over and over and enjoy it every time.

Swoon worthy audio for a heartwarming romance!

LOVED this book!! It is a perfect feel good and heartwarming romance!! A football quarterback, strong confident FMC, fantastic meet-cute, steamy alpha male romance and all the family incorporated that we know and love from the With Me In Seattle series. It hooked me in right from the beautifully written prologue and I could not put it down until the very last page!

Jason Clarke and Kirsten Leigh did an incredible job performing this narration! Their voices and tones enhanced the book even more and were so pleasing to listen to! From Kirsten’s upbeat and strong tone for Sophie and Jason’s swoon worthy deep tone for Ike was perfection! An audio I can listen to again and again!

“I hold my hand out for her to shake. Her eyes fall to my hand, and then lift to my face, and the confidence written all over her is just daring me to toss her onto a bed and have my way with her. That, or I really irritate her. Maybe both?”

Ike and Sophie…I simply could not get enough of them in this book! They have an almost instant attraction and the chemistry between them is absolute fire! Ike Harrison may be the Seattle Seahawks QB but he is down to earth and so sweet to Sophie! Charming, humble and knows how to treat a women…he had me swooning so many times! Then there is Sophie who is sexy, curvy, confident and has her own social media business that she is running. Their journey together was so satisfying and easy to read!

Loved this couple

I really like the strong characters in this romance. I found the characters sweet and sometimes funny with lots of sexy time.

Going home to Seattle

It's time to visit the Montgomery family! It's always just like coming home. I'm so in love with the Single in Seattle series. I love the OG Seattles but this series just seems to have its own unique vibe and I'm completely here for it. I fell hard for Ike and Sophie. Jason Clarke as Ike sure didn’t hurt either. Absolute narrator perfection for both characters. I enjoyed Kirsten Leigh’s performance as Sophie. I felt like I was there.

Ike and Sophie made a great couple. The Score had all my favorites great characters, terrific banter, scorching chemistry, and the bond of a great family. The Score is definitely a winnng read
