Not my favorite by MM.

This one disappointed. The story was ok but the performance was not. The female sounded like she was just reading out loud rather than acting a role. Her distinct pronunciation of each “to” and “the” etc just sounded artificial. It was hard to get past it and get into the story. The story itself was certainly not one of the better ones by MM.

The Agony

Omigosh! I normally love these narrators. They were the reason I took a chance on an author unknown to me.

The story was what I expected, but, oh the painful, make-your-ears-bleed narration! Both voices sound completely animatronic. I don’t know what they did to achieve this lifeless reading, but it was so, so bad. Maybe it was the director, I dunno, but it was just awful.

I gave up at the beginning of Chapter 7 and enjoyed the rest of the book on my Kindle.

Good story and I’ll definitely search for more by this author, but think I’ll stick to my Kindle if I run into these two narrators on one of her books again.

Good narration and great sexual tension

So the narrators did a great job and the sexual tension between the characters was def there. What I didn’t like is how Jude is always just talking about her appearance and how turned on he is by it, he barely wants to talk about other stuff, and suddenly he is crazy in love without even knowing her… and then the scene of the roof top (trying not to spoil), I def rolled my eyes at that one. In the authors other books I felt like there was more of a change when the guys realized there was more going on and they would talk about something else they like about the woman and not just their looks. So I was a bit disappointed about that. I still really enjoy the Winslow siblings text chat, sounds hilarious being apart of that family.

Great story

Absolutely loved it is was funny, charming, suspenseful and overall heartwarming. I would definitely recommend and read this again.

I dont know. The story was just OK, Tanya Eby is not my favorite narrator, she has a nasally voice and literally sounds like she is reading to you.... its the way she heavily pronounces the word "to".... when she reads "Ive got to go to the bathroom" it sounds like a nasally robot... Usually I dont notice it as much but this time it was terrible... I liked the ending, and it was worth a credit but definitely not a story I would ever listen to again....

I love the book, but the narration…

Female narrator has an annoying voice. I listed to the entire book because I love Max Monroe and the male narrator made up for it. But, every time Sophie’s chapters came, I cringed a little. Sorry if I’m harsh
