fun for all ages
I really enjoy this series. Fairy tales and a bit of satire. Perfect mix. For all the kids (and grown ups) who have wished that children's stories/movies told more complicated stories. A bit dark for super young kids...I'd say ages 10-11+ would be fine though

Ever and Never?
I have never written a review but I was compelled to do so because of the ending. As far as the story goes it’s good- not evil. I enjoyed the complexity of the main characters and how not everything meets the eye. While this is obviously written for a younger audience this definitely has potential for older readers. The narrator did a good job considering the amount of characters there were and was consistent with the voices so they were recognizable.
Slight spoilers, but regarding the ending and the implied “female friendship”, I am curious to see if the story will go in this direction. I would actually prefer it to go this way because it’s far more interesting and exciting than the stereotypical fairytale ending. (However, if I am wrong let’s just ignore that last line).

Great!!
This book was really good!! The ending was a little questionable. The characters are so lovable and you really wanna see them succeed. the book will cause deep and critical thinking and make you realize the humanity that lies in us all. Maybe I'm making this too deep. But the book is definitely worth listening to/ reading.

Loved This Book So Much
I own and read this book and the other three and simply loved them. My father then showed me that he had downloaded the first book and to my tablet, so I of course started listening. The way characters voices are portrayed by the reader amazes me, and it made me remember the way my personnel favourite character, Agatha, acted and how annoyingly unaccepting Sophie was!

This is by far my favorite book. I love this book and it only gets better throughout the series. The narrator was good. She was passionate about the characters and gave a depth to the emotions they felt. Overall I would definitely recommend this book to all ages and give it five stars.

Imaginative story brilliantly narrated
Wow! What a great story with so many twists and turns. I’m not a romantic person, so loved that romance wasn’t the point of the story. Polly Lee’s performance brought everything to life beautifully.
