I was beyond impressed with this last book to the point of wanting to reread the entire series. Excellent storyline character development and satisfying ending. Who knows there may be one more book coming.

This was a really nice introduction to the series, I'm really impressed
The story is about two twin brothers, Rafal and Rhion, Rhion is the "good" brother and Rafal is the "evil" one, and they are both tasked to be headmasters for the school of good and evil to continue producing fairytales by the Storian which is basically the Pen who writes those stories, but this year a boy named Aladdin joins the school, at a first glance you'd think he would be evil (Never) but the Storian puts him with the good guys (Evers) and that creates a rift between the brothers because Rafal is convinced that the Storian made a mistake and he has to find out why it did it, and we will see the adventure from both brothers perspectives .. also, James Hook joins the team *SQUEALS in delight*
the book was enjoyable overall and its very fast paced for people who get bored easily, but I have to say the book should have ended after part 3 because part 4 was a bit boring and it was dragging.. but I did enjoy the ending and I'm so excited to begin reading the series

Loved it, the narration was well done, and the twist was amazing, I don't want to say more since I literally finished the audio the same day it came out, but it was worth the wait.

Ok first off the storytelling was EXCEPTIONAL I absolutely enjoyed the fact that I was being pulled into the story from the beginning. The Tight battle between good and evil was soo good I was on the edge of my seat. I CAN. NOT. WAIT. FOR. BOOK 2

Absolutely brilliant

I started reading this series after watching that horrific version on HBO and was as impressed as I was unimpressed by the movie version. I really enjoy the series, but this prequel has blown all others out of the water. If you like this series this is a great start for the next series. Very excited for the next book.
I was disappointed when I saw a different narrator but Kit is very enjoyable to listen to as well.

I haven't even finished the first book in the series but I stopped to listen to this. It is refreshing to see through the eye of evil and I don't think Rafal was purely evil or good. He was the most human out of anyone in the book in my opinion and I loved him. Rhian, I knew was actually who he was almost from the start. I look forward to finishing the series!
