What a Binge-worthy series!

So glad I found this series with another great Ray Porter performance. Hope there’s a book 5+ in the works…I am definitely following Nick Jones.

Ray Porter is the best!!

I enjoyed the storyline of this book, but narrator Ray Porter makes every book even better. This is not a typical genre for me, but I liked this one and look forward to more time travel adventures with Joe.

Amazing as always

I, once again , loved the book!! I really hope that it will have a sequel. It’s so easy to listen, and the story is amazing!

Love this series so much!

Nick Jones writes about time travel like he’s done it. My husband and I have deeply enjoyed all of the books. The Quantum Chain is a wonderful adventure with well developed characters that make you fall in love with them.

Outstanding series! Outstanding episode! Outstanding narration! Need I say more? Except that there is a 15 word minimum!!

Holy crap, this got WAY TOO REAL!

First of all, this was another great addition to the series, though I feel it is the weakest in the series so far. I did still listen to it straight through, and it is still an amazing book. I think the issue is that the missions are just shorter and quicker, or rather, the missions aren't the actual story unlike the prior 2 books, which were much better.

Now onto one of the WEIRDEST and SCARIEST experiences I have ever had while listening to an Audiobook, This will spoil a very small part of the story, but it isn't the type of spoiler that gives away anything special, or that will hurt the book, however.. if you are totally against all spoilers, then turn away now.

I live in the city where the last mission takes place, and while I was listening to last part of the final mission, Oct 25th, just before noon, we had a 5.1 earthquake.. I live in the city, and the shaking was actually quite subtle, however, the ShaleAlert app had gone off about 30 seconds before it hit, and this is as I am listening to yet another part of the book detailing the 1989 quake,,, I was already anxious just being reminded that we WILL have another "big one" at some point... considering this book is also about time travel... WOW. I mean, the special effects of this Audiobook are INSANE!

What a ride!

I am so happy I did not pay any attention to the critical reviews or not so nice reviews. I have enjoyed this series from the very beginning to the very end. Such a wonderful main character - a person I would love to know in real life. All of the characters in the book are so well developed that you get attached to them. Who cares if Joseph Bridgeman doesn't have a British accent like others in the reading - Porter does give him a slight accent. Doesn't matter! Ray Porter rocked on this entire series. I may not be some literary critic in the upper echelons, but, when an audiobook makes my heart beat faster and faster, and I get tense, worried, and can't sit still - then it is a wonderful audiobook! Enjoy the performance! Enjoy the ride!

Good solid story, writing, & performance

I’ve enjoyed every book in this series. The characters are well developed, the story is novel and entertaining with excellent writing and performance. Not a waste of a credit.

A Must Read

Another excellent book by Nick Jones, Ray Porter’s performance makes the story come alive. He has an endless number of voices he uses for each character.

This is my fourth Joe Bridgerman series book and I’m entranced. The intersection of real life and sci-fi is compelling. The narration is extremely well-done. I highly recommend!
