A must listen for all those on the path of awakening
This is a very simple and easy to understand talk with Sadhguru. What I appreciate about the way Sadhguru expresses himself is the clarity and simplicity and humility he brings to the subject of increasing inner and outer awareness. This had me laughing at moments and tearfully emotional at other moments. The simple steps you can do in the morning each day no one will be able to see but they will notice the smile upon your face and maybe even tears of joy. But those steps are for you to discover yourself, listen on….
