Loved it! Learning the skills I need.
This is the second book I have listened to by Carl Vernon.The first was You Care To Much. He has incredible insight and I am learning a lot from him. His writing and narrating style is fresh and entertaining. I can't wait to listen to the next audio book and I wish him the best because he is helping me and helping so many other people. Uplifting and Empowering
Carl Vernon, thank you for taking the time to write and then read and record this book. I've been dealing with a chronic a**hole in my own life, and your words have helped me improve the situation - all by changing the thoughts in my head, which lead to improving my own perspective and actions. Internally, I've set new boundaries to ensure I do not let the a**hole sap my positive energy.
I also discovered while listening to your book that I can sometimes be a bit of an a**hole to myself. Your positive energy transferred through my headphones and helped me release some of my negative tendencies, allowing me to improve my relationship with myself.
Thanks again, and for anyone considering this book, I highly recommend it!

Must read.
Vernon’s common sense is welcome in a time of lunacy. His straight-forward approach is absolutely refreshing. Cannot recommend this book enough.
