As always the story keeps your attention, I could not stop listening to it. The series is great and look for to the next one.

Best story line so far

I enjoyed the story line and characters. Kept me entertained the whole story loved it!

Best series ever!

This is hands-down the best audiobook thriller series I’ve ever experienced. From The Fugitive’s Trail to the later installments, this series has kept me hooked for hours on end—perfect for long drives & listening while I work. I was always waiting for the next book! J.C. Fields is a master storyteller. His writing is sharp, intelligent, and packed with realistic detail that makes the FBI world feel authentic.

Narrator Paul J. McSorley is simply phenomenal. His deep, commanding voice perfectly embodies Sean Kruger. The character distinctions are spot-on; you always know who’s speaking without needing tags. He brings the entire cast to life in a way that immerses you completely. I’ve listened to many thrillers, and McSorley’s performance ranks among the absolute best—smooth, engaging, and utterly addictive.

If you love FBI thrillers, do yourself a favor and dive into the Sean Kruger audiobooks. J.C. Fields and Paul J. McSorley make an unbeatable team—highly recommended!

Great listen from a great author. A nice, fast-paced thriller with great characters. Well done by the narrator. Highly recommended!

Outstanding!!!

The Manchurian’s Trail by J.C. Fields pulled me in from the very beginning. I love how this author wrote the twists and turns. He plots it out so well I didn’t see the end coming. The reappearance of characters from previous books is also a positive. Paul J. McSorley is fantastic at bringing the characters to life with his voice. I could hear who was speaking and envision so many details. This is one of my favorite books in the Sean Kruger series.
