This book covers everything about Keto that I need
I'm so glad I found this book! I've been wanting to try the keto diet for a while, but I was a little intimidated by all of the information out there. I was looking for a comprehensive guide to the keto diet and intermittent fasting, and this book has everything I need. The author breaks it down for beginners, and it's really easy to follow.
