15 years too late

I should have read these so long ago. I’m floored at how amazing this book is. When coming into YA I expect a certain amount of hand holding and corniness, but this book pulls no punches. It’s got amazing sci-fi elements and isn’t afraid to explore the very real consequences of war and death. 100% recommend for all ages.

Fantastic nostalgic trip!

I read the animorphs series as a preteen/teenager and largely credit it for my love of reading. This version was wonderfully crafted and Andrews does a phenomenal job bringing life to the characters. His voices are great and it really enriches the text.

If you were a fan of the series in the 90’s or if you never gave it a chance (or never had the opportunity) I suggest giving this audiobook a listen. It is well worth the 3 hours.

it's a very interesting concept, the way that they introduce characters and tell the story is great.

I wasn't sold on the performance, it was ok, but some are a pleasure to listen to. the story has always been one of my favorites. this was probably one of the first series I ever started. it's about time I get around to finishing the series up.

Blast from the past

Incredibly solid narrator on a fun if somewhat heavy start to my favorite series as a 12 year old. Funny, I first bought this book for the flashy CG cover, now I go strictly audio. Huh.

Looking forward to other narrators keeping the remaining books fresh and varied. As others have mentioned, initially asking price it $9 feels high for such a short book. Hope for reduced prices or package sales in the future (All of Narnia is currently available for 1 credit, so we can dream, right?)

the narration was also very professional. I highly recommend this audiobook version to any animorphs fans.
