The Fixer - 5 Stars!

I absolutely adored Maxim and Sasha’s story!! It kept me distracted when I couldn’t listen to it. I cannot wait till The Enforcer is out on audio because this is one series that I’d prefer to listen to than read. The narrator does such an amazing job bringing this story to life!

The Fixer - Sasha and Maxim

I thoroughly enjoyed this book just as much as I did The Director, Ravil’s story. Maxim was great and pretty patient with Sasha. Sasha acted like a brat at times although I understood why with her horrible father. It took them a while, but they finally came together. Kudos to Maxim for hanging in there. Sasha's mother was not such a nice person. She eventually showed her true colors. This book was very good. Benjamin Sands did a wonderful job with the narration.

i liked all of it. i cant wait to continue the series. it is like a dream come true of a story.

One of my favorite series

Renee Rose writes wonderful books and I enjoy listening to the narrations of any of them.

i love Renee's books, But I miss Benjamin sands 🥺

like always I love her books but I really miss Benjamin sands narrations he was able to narrarate the entire book with each character different sounding and really brought there characters to life but the new guy isn't bad I just really thought Benjamin sands would always naratie all her books lol

Loved it!

Renee's writing is so brilliant. I can not get enough of her books. Maxim and Sasha's story will leave you swooning and wanting more. Total page turning, phenomenal, page for page amazing read. Amazing narration!

Mix up

Believing in herself and not the lies other are telling her is difficult. Maxim is there, but his past holds him back and believe in his future and his wife is not easy.

sass and heat

This was caot6ehen I read it previously but the narration brings it to another level of excellence and enjoyment. The narrator's Russian accent made the characters and story come to life. I enjoyed the push and pull and the underlying attraction and connection that couldn't be denied. This author knows how to make a story sizzle. Max's support and protection was very appealing. Sasha's mom was infuriating. Great ending. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator was brilliant!! A definite relisten.

Crazy Hot!!

Renee Rose is a master at creating chemistry between her 2 main characters. Maxim is a perfect combination of dominant, aggressive when necessary and gentle with his woman. I've only been getting into these romantic audio books recently and it makes the drive to work way more interesting!! The only complaint is, it threw me off a little when a male narrator is reading the female parts. Even though he does a good job, I would prefer a woman reading the female lines.

The Audio Really Enhanced the Story

I enjoyed the audio version a bit more than the ebook. I think hearing the Russian accents and the words pronounced correctly (I can only assume these things were accurate), brought a different level of enjoyment to the story. Posted below is my review based on the ebook version. I still think Maxim was not as intense as Ravil in the previous book.

I don't think this was supposed to be a dark romance because Maxim was way too nice, too sweet, and too forgiving. After what Sasha did to him I didn't see how be could bring himself to trust her.

Sasha basically got everything she asked for and did exactly what she wanted. I was also surprised that her mother reaped no consequences from her behavior.

After the last stunt that was pulled, Sasha's mother was pretty much rewarded and not held in any type of distrust. Sasha suffered no consequences for keeping secrets from Maxim. I thought she would or should have to work harder for forgiveness.

This book was ok, but not what I expected from a Russian mafia tale.

I voluntarily listened to and reviewed this audiobook.
