A Great Read
This title has great perspective to the happenings of life to my opinion.
There was pure synchronicity to the comprehension and practices as I grow through my human experience.
I would not introduce this book to debate someone's practice and beliefs, although I would recommend it as a tool to aide anyone ready to perceive and accept life that be.

Practical support for having a more positive outlook on difficult circumstances.
This book is a must listen for anyone who genuinely wants to be happy despite the hardships of life that we all face. I believe that we all have a choice to either be a victim or a victor and sometimes it as simple as reframing the situation or choosing to be your highest, even when the situation is at its lowest. This book was easy to understand, and the skills laid out are genuinely applicable to any life circumstance. I have been through some very painful moments in life, and this book encouraged me to move through the dark instead of trying to avoid it.
