About the Creator and Performer

Sterling K. Brown is an actor with three Emmys and one Golden Globe award to his credit. A graduate of Stanford where he received a B.A. in acting, Brown went on to get his MFA at NYU. He is well known for his roles in The People v. O.J. Simpson, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and This Is Us. He has a major role in the recently released film, American Fiction.

I've never been one to listen to podcasts but was desperate for something to help me go to sleep! I found these. I have listened to a few of them but I keep coming back to this story! it is just an amazing mix of voice and background music and story! I listen to it at least 3 times a week and I've never made it to the end of the story before falling asleep.

I liked how calm and serene it made me feel. I felt as though I could feel the emotions of the birds... and dog as it watched the birds in the birdbath. Very well done.

That voice was the most soothing and relaxing voice I have ever heard. Simply amazing and best of all I finally got some sleep.

Great story! Great voice. Unfortunately, it takes me a little longer to get to sleep. With 90 minutes of this, I would be asleep probably around the 45 minute mark.

Short But Sweet

The best type of nature/sleep story done so smoothly and soothingly that even I did not finish the story. Now I relisten. Have found a few more Audible sleep stories I will try, but am looking for more from Sterling K Brown. Please!
