A Fantastic Book
I downloaded the audio version of The Diet Whisperer prior to a flight and was so glad I did. I have seen first hand how proper nutrition and eliminating inflammation can diminish desease. I felt like I was listening to a well organized “Owner’s Manual” of how nutrition plays a role in health and wellness. This is a book I will be sharing with all my friends and family!
