This book is not for the weak at heart it includes a lot deep work it was excellent and extremely helpful

I found this book very helpful! I would definitely recommend to others who are possibly struggling with trust.

Very good overview

This helped me understand some more ways to trust myself, trust in a positive future for myself and to trust others. She doesn’t suggest you trust people universally but appropriately based on how their behavior.
