Thank you for changing my training and thinking
This has helped me grasp (not understand) a new perspective! I try to be very open to ideas and training, which obviously coming from my background as a man, is hard to wear a woman’s perspective. The insight and stories combined with well timed humor and wit provide such value and context to what it takes to make the best decision on how to defend yourself! What tools, ethics, laws, and equipment you need to understand the move into the realm of training to competence and repeatable action. What made the experience of listening to The Cornered Cat the most enjoyable?

Not sure what I was thinking
Total waste of my credit. The book isn't helpful in the least. I do not recommend this book. It's all common sense stuff and the entire cornered cat talk is ridiculous.
