The beginning of another Jeff Carson series triumph!

Carson’s novels always scream with attention to detail from the characters to the geography to the area history. Carson makes you feel as if you are there.
Marnye Young, he female narrator for the Audible presentation was excellent.
I look forward to the next adventure. 👍😊

almost didn't finish it

it took to chapter 8 to get rolling then it was very good! I would recommend it with The caveat you just have to wait for it to get going.

Believable, strong female lead inspector Falco

Enjoyed the setting in Italy and the interactions among different police services in that country. Plus, great characters and a engaging in believable plot.

Suspenseful with a touch of attraction & love. The ending was very positive about life’s adventures.

it's worth your time .nothing special in here. wouldn't stop me reading something else. I'm hoping that the books get better. I like the characters. I hope they develop a little bit more. there could be something here.

This story was great, but for some language. I really enjoy the mind of of this author.

Crude language, unnecessary f-bombs. There are other ways to express extreme anger and displeasure.

I really enjoyed this first Ali Falco novel. Jeff is a new to me author, but I'll definitely be back for more. The Como Falcon was filled with mystery, suspense, twists and just a little bit of romance.

Ali was a fantastic lead. She was smart, driven, and all around kick butt. I loved watching her unravel the unalivings of her parents with the help of Marco. I loved Marco too, and as a mostly romance reader, I'm hoping to see a lot more of him in book two.

The audio was great. Marnye Young did a wonderful job narrating these characters and telling this story. I'm really excited to listen to more from her.

Dynamic woman

I liked her strength and determination to solve a mystery. Not because she thought she knew everything but because she knew enough to investigate further.

Snails move ahead faster than this storyline

The Author’s WOLF series was superb. This reads like he decided to write a book slow moving story women might like OR He spent a year in Italy and wrote this so he could get the tax deductions. 1/2 star at best
