The most powerful and effective book ever

No exaggeration, this is absolutely the most powerful and effective book compared to a hundred of other similar books about the law of spirituality, law of attraction or visualization. How so? With other books, you think you'd understood the law, so you go back to your life and attempt to apply it but it doesn't work. You wonder why and try another book and keep failing. Because those books are just declaring the law using big fancy attractive jargon which make you feel good with no useful tactics, or all the description of how others got the results but you just don't know how to get around it. Laura Day has a way to get around all the BS and make you comprehend from the eyes of science in layman's terms. Your true transformation from in and out starts to occur the second she starts to talk. That's how powerful it is, and I encourage you to see it with your own eyes!

This Really Is Life Changing

I can say without a doubt This book can change your life. I know, from personal experience, as well as from others who have read the book and applied the principles and exercises. This is fully interactive and i recommend keeping a journal with this. If you're interested in creating changes, or "manifesting" a life you want, even a creating specific goal, this is powerful. Also if you already have the paper book, this is a great addition the new guided experiences are amazing. I can't recommend it enough.

A new way of thinking about goal-setting and how to achieve one’s life purpose.

Terrible audio quality and monotone narration.

The author has done herself a disservice by narrating the book herself. She is for the most part very monotone. And it sounds like she recorded it in her livingroom. There is intermittent background static. It could be a such a great book if it was read by someone more enthusiastic. So disappointing.
