Exciting

This second book in the series did not disappoint.
I could not put it down. The narrators were great as usual.

Fantastic

I absolutely adore this series, and this latest addition is a fantastic addition to my collection. I understand that every series must eventually come to an end, but I hope they continue introducing more captivating stories. This particular book offered a compelling narrative with a dynamic pace, although there were moments of both rapid and slow development. Nonetheless, I couldn't help but wish for a few more chapters to delve even deeper into the story.

Better Than Book 1!

I didn't think I'd like a the 2nd better than the 1st, but here we are 🥰

Great continuing story

This is another shorter but excellent book. It ties in with the other book but it is a new couple with different types of magic. It’s written so seamlessly and just flows. I occasionally want to shake the mmc of this series but they tend to redeem themselves. Loving the series and off to start book three and I just started these today! The audio was also done well and the narrator wasn’t annoying or super slow. I actually slowed down from my typical 2.85x to 2.5x. Really enjoyed it.

She has her characters down pat! They are full of personality and the romance is mild but boy does it sizzle! She is one of my newly found romantasy authors!!!! So good!!!!

I rarely give 5 star reviews! But this will be on my re-read and listen again list. Such a sweet story between the two main characters. Low on spice compared to other stories she writes, but it fits well with the story. Loved the plot.
