Very good

This was definitely a great second book to the series. Could be a standalone, but does reference characters and situations within the first book. I do think I enjoyed the first book more because the character and world building; however, this book does an excellent job continuing the fantasy and depth of uniqueness. I do think I preferred the male vocals on the first book more, but overall performance was good. I would recommend!
