Not bad info, some of it is common sense but the book has some useful information, especially on multitasking and the work sprint information. The setting goals and prioritization information is great. The author places emphasis on the topics that optimize concentration. Overall this is an excellent self-help title that is worth your attention.

Self control has always been something I've been struggling with, after reading this book, I have gained the knowledge and confidence to fight that bad habit!

I came here in hopes of finding some tips on overcoming procrastination. Luckily, I got that, and then some. Along the way, this one talks about both how to master self-control, but also how to set up our environments and lifestyles so that we get the most out of them.

Furthermore, it peppers in loads of great self-help wisdom along the way. All in all, it's an informative, quick read, one covers a multitude of subjects in an effective fashion. I'd definitely recommend it!

Distractions are everywhere and you don't even have to try to get distracted nowadays. This book definitely brings the reader/listener some practical and very useful tips on how to deal with this.

The author talks about prioritizing, the dangers of multitasking, but also talks about taking enough rest, eating healthy and doing exercise. I definitely recommend this book.
