Game Changer!!!

Let me start by saying that I wish I had found this book 20 years or more ago!

This is the type of book that will bring the change in your life that you are really seeking. Authentic change, one that represents who you are and what your values are. Not only does it provide great insight, with amazing stories, but it also provides the tools that you want and need to bring your life to the next chapter or the next level.

I recommend this book to anyone at any stage in life from a young adult to someone approaching midlife or going through it or even someone in their senior years.

Everyone has so much to get a headache comes down to being inspired by the right people, or the right book, or just the right timing.

Great information, good story.

Robin Sharma has always been great at getting his points across in story form and I think it does a great job of delivering the message as it doesn't ever seem in your face.

I will definitely go back and re listen to a few key points to make sure I jot them down on paper.

A reconnection to Robin

I had the the pleasure to hear Robin speak in 2009 and was totally blown away. He spoke of this principal during his Keynote Address. This book is the blueprint to self mastery and it is the key to unlock anyone's potential. I look forward to my next connection with Robin again.

Thank you for your Leadership and Heart.
Best Warm Regards,
John J.

Think you're being overlooked?

Wonderful stories on different ways to look at where you are in life and career.
Better put way of coaching how to have positive thinking. A great listen multiple times.

A great book for anyone who thinks they deserve a promotion or raise and feels they are being overlooked. A great format to live a humble life.

Not my favorite of his books, but still good

In typical Sharma style, this book uses a set of fictional characters and stories to paint some valuable life lessons. The overarching theme here? As the title suggests, we can all lead, regardless of the positions we hold.

Along the way, Sharma sprinkles in many other important lessons in leadership and influence, which fit nicely into the fictional, albeit realistic, narrative. The book reads much like a conversation between several friends; heck, it’s mostly comprised of dialogue anyway.

For some reason, I didn’t feel as though it lived up to its predecessors (specifically “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” or “The Surfer, The Saint, and the CEO”), but it’s still a good read overall. I think the story itself is just a little too simple; there’s not nearly as much adventure in this one as there is in those two.

In addition, as it relates to the audiobook specifically, there's one character here, Ana, a Latina, who's narrated by the same overall narrator of the book (a male). Though it's not a huge deal, I kept getting confused as to who was speaking — Ana or an actual male. Sure, it's a nitpick, but I would've preferred for that character to have been voiced by a woman for clarity purposes.

So, to close out, I'd recommend "The Monk" or "The Surfer" ahead of this one, but this is still a solid read whether you’re new to Sharma’s work or a long-time fan of it.

Nice concepts, told in a basic way

If you’re already familiar with the genre, you might find this a bit too child like in the story telling for your liking. But the messages are sound enough and it’s an easy background listen.

Great story concept!

What did you love best about The Leader Who Had No Title?

Rather than present a boring list of qualities and personality traits, the author takes you on a fun adventure uncovering leadership traits. It will never be an epic movie, but it was a nice change to many other books on the same topic.
I especially enjoyed the memory tools employed to help me etch the concepts into my brain. I am passing this book on to my son. Had I have had these concepts ingrained earlier in my life, I think my world could have been even better.
