I really learned a lot from reading this book or listening to this book rather. Learning about our inner beings and how unhealed trauma can really cause a person to feel a lot of anger that they do not know how to stop. Fortunately, she gives us tons of new techniques and information that I have never even heard of. Exercise exercises that I cannot wait to try and implement in my own life.
