This Series Just Keeps Getting Better!
Written in the screenplay style that I have so quickly grown to love and fabulously narrated, Tap’s story continues in Take the Win. I’m not going to give details for fear of playing spoiler, but I will tell you that familiar faces are back along with a few new ones, some good, some not, but all fabulously well developed and all so human! I love how I can sit back, close my eyes and see the action play out in my minds eye! The evening passed in a flash and they next thing I knew nearly two and a half hours gone and I am hearing “Audible hopes you have enjoyed this program”! Well, two and a half hours became five, because I just had to listen to the whole thing again the next night! I loved it and I can’t wait for the next book. Oh, fear not, there is no cliffhanger, I just want MORE! Five fantastic stars!

Detective Tapioca keeps the excitement going in this third installment, TAKE THE WIN.
Tap finds herself looking for a killer, working well with her partner, and finding a new sexy love interest with one hell of an accent. Tap can't help herself! This reader wants to know more and more is what we get!
Lots of intrigues, investigative work, just a terrific story in Audible.
I really enjoy the narration and the way the story is told.

My only complaint is it was too short. I was just getting into it and bang it's over. The heroine is a
bit high strung but I attribute that to the nature of her job. Loaded with drama, action and suspense. Enjoyable and entertaining. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator was good.
