He was also funny, smart, and surprisingly down-to-earth for a man who wore $700 shoes. Did I mention he also did my laundry while I slept? Definitely too good to be true. So what did I do to repay him for his kindness? I waited until he was in the shower, then ghosted him. My life was too complicated for such a great guy.

In the months that passed, I thought about Donovan often. But New York City had eight million people, so what were the chances I’d run into him? Then again, what were the chances I’d run into him a year later...when I’d just started dating his boss?

Fantastic!

This book is a lot more than just a typical romcom. There are layers and depth to the characters that I wasn’t expecting but really enjoyed. I would highly recommend this book.

Very sweet, poignant romance

An arrogant but hard working lawyer with hidden depths and a tough background meets a social worker who is still recovering from a horrible assault. There story is a bit drawn out but heart warming. The narration by Andi Arndt and Sebastian York was nearly perfect in timing and tone. Complete with a very sappy ending. Well worth a credit!

Phenomenal!!! Loved it!!!

Another hit for Vi Keeland. A story that brought laughter, tears to my eyes and the inability to stop listening. Another sleepless night as I could not turn off the need to continue listening.
Sebastian York and and Andi Arendt as always raised the level of the story with they voices and talent to higher levels Thank all for a great listen!!!!
Can’t wait for the next story to come out Soon I hope 😄

Entertaining but kinda predictable

Good mindless read. Would I read again? No. But still worth the listen. Narrators are the best.

Really good story

I really enjoyed this book. It was real in all of lifes crazy, sad, and happy moments.
