Research shows that attachment patterns—our patterns of relating to others, which develop in early childhood—affect far more aspects of our lives than was previously thought. This book has been life changing for me as a trauma therapist with my own history of attachment trauma. It provides very scientific but also practical advice on how to heal from the worst kind of wounds. This book provides a brilliant framework and very tailored maps to working with clients with each type of attachment patterning.
