Great book on leadership and employeeship
Surround by idiots is a book that has changed my life for the better and surrounded by bad bosses takes the same concepts to the work place. It’s fantastic and I highly recommend it. The first 3/4 of the book are GREAT and the last quarter is OK, but definitely a must read.

This series continues to get better
Lots of how-to details from various perspectives and explanations of driving forces. Reads like a conversational IO Psychology textbook.

I loved Surrounded by Idiots so I had high hopes for this. The first half was great, but the second half felt like it drug on forever without enough substance to justify the length.
