Good Story - like the characters

Fun to read about police detective in UK and how they operate. Good characters and stories.

Narrator makes it worth the listen

Story started out a little slow but picked up as it went on. Somewhat predictable. Some female narrators do a terrible job when reading a man’s voice, but Jane Collingwood aces it. Worth the listen just to hear how well she does voices.

Can’t wait to read/hear more

I am so glad I discovered this author as the genre is not one I typically read.
Characters are interesting as is the interwoven story. Will be waiting for more from this author!

I’ve tried several times…

After quite a few attempts to get through, it’s to no avail. Maybe later at another time in the far future…

Fantastic

Great story. Better than the first. Although, the romance aspect didn't play a large part I found it to be boring, like the author was trying to add more texture to Cat's personal life.
