This is a complete bundle for spiritual development. Even though I already use something else for my spiritual growth, I have this in my library and pull it out on occasion. I find it really helpful for mindset, relaxation, insight and rejuvenation. Wonderful!!

Disappointed

The length of the meditation is so brief there’s hardly enough time to gather a meaningful experience and then you’re brought back to a waking state to listen to a very lengthy music loop.
