Concise, comprehensive, magnificent

I have been practicing Heartfulness (aka Sahaj Marg) since 2008. Have read much of the mission’s literature and have been a trainer since 2010. With the world events of the past few years, and intense additional family responsibilities, I have been struggling to consciously develop & deepen my condition—and, in some weeks and months, actually struggling to maintain my practice. Like a AAA triptych [collection of printed road maps guiding a motorist from Point A to their destination; AAA specialized in these prior to the development & ubiquity of reliable GPS] *Spiritual Anatomy* distills the mission literature, adding Daaji’s personal observations of the soul’s journey, and clarifies our path. I have both hardcover and audio copies, which allow me to listen when I haven’t the opportunity to read, and to double-check or re-read passages when I have a free moment to fully immerse myself. The pdf file attachment available with the audio version has been a delightfully clear and handy reference as well. The perfectly timed arrival of this “owner’s manual” heralds our next step in humanity’s evolutionary journey, and I am deeply grateful for it.

This has been one of my best Audibles! Great companion for my daily commute! Very interesting topics delivered so simply that I have gone back and forth listening same topic few times as I continue to enjoy the refreshing approach to the Inner Journey. From Star Wars to Matrix to interesting stories, the author has done a wonderful job to keep this book enjoyable for anyone. I know it has been for me. One of my favorite topics is - The Secret Ingredient - This is about our approach/attitude towards Anything in life. Daaji goes "How you think or feel about something or someone is guided by your attitude. Attitudes are so ingrained in us that we aren't aware of how they shape our destiny. Your life is an expression of your attitudes." The story at the beginning of this chapter is my all time favorite. Thank you Daaji and the Heartfulness team for sharing this treasure with rest of the world!
