Pablo Noble does it again

In first two books Paul does a fantastic job teaching you in a fun way. The third book is different than the first two, but it is exactly what you need in order to grow further, and still quite fun to work through. This guy is a genius. Dialogs are carefully crafted; very, very carefully crafted. Beneath the surface of a fun situation there is a main theme (say, an important tense whose name you can't even remember), syntax examples/variations, reinforcement of previous things and a sprinkle of the future ones... It's worth every penny. I also have a proposal; please provide an HTML text-only version of the booklet, because carrying the printed version around is not convenient, and PDF wastes a lot of real estate on a mobile device's screen.

Helpful

For Spanish learning I really liked the approach in these lessons which encourage the reader to speak up and interact with the lesson. The audio is especially good for learning while driving alone for long distances. You are free to make mistakes and learn. There are several similar format titles from the same author that may be considered prerequisites. As far as I know this is the last in the series in this format, which is unfortunate. But these lessons need a lot of repetition so I just go back and start over again.

Left us hanging

Love the series and I've learned a lot. Was really disappointed when lessons 9-35 did not follow the awesome technique in the previous courses or lessons. Defeats the purpose of the "audible" approach. I wish Paul had continued teaching those the same way. Very frustrating.

Good learning tool

this book is going to take the person who is struggling to catch the timing of the Spanish language. read it over and over

Paul Noble's techniques work well for me.

I have found this set of lessons very helpful. I would highly recommend almost all his products. It's going to make me keep writing so here I go.

Not Convinced In The Method

Loved ‘Learn Spanish’ and ‘Next Steps’. Much less impressed with this one. The model here, essentially, is that you listen to a conversation in Spanish (of which you naturally understand little), they then break down and translate the conversation and we listen to it again, at which point we are said to be understanding more and thus our listening skills are improved. I just felt like I understood the conversation because they literally told me what it all means.
