Good book!

I like how the book includes exercise that can easily fit into my daily routine such as muscle relaxation and breathing exercise. I also found the grounding technique helpful during panic attacks.
I already read many books on somatic therapy, but this is the first one that links it to CBT which I find interesting.

Good Starting Point for Easing Stress

The last 10 years have been extremely stressful for me and I've finally come to a place where I know I need to start learning how to deal my trauma in a healthier way. This audiobook walks you through somatic therapy—basically, ways to pay attention to how your body reacts to stress and what to do with that info. The exercises are short and simple, which makes it easier to actually try them. What I liked was that it didn’t ask you to push through or “fix” everything at once. It’s more about slowing down and noticing what’s going on inside, without pressure. I have definitely felt calmer and more grounded so I'm really glad I have this audiobook a shot.

FinalLy Somehting that Worked

After trying so many things that didn’t help, this audiobook felt like a breath of fresh air. The exercises were short but surprisingly powerful. I could actually feel a shift in my body right away, which never happened with other methods. It made the whole healing process feel a lot more doable and less overwhelming. If you’re tired of feeling stuck, I really recommend giving this a try.

Finally Felt the Shift in My Body

I’ve tried so many approaches to ease my anxiety, but this audiobook actually helped me feel a difference. Great for De-Stressing

Life has been so crazy lately, and this book has helped me so much. I've been able to slow down and focus on my body more than I had been before with other practices.
