This narration is just a bit too slow, but it is clear and free of any major errors.

There’s tons of good information on sleep in here, more than I needed now but more may be useful as my son grows up.
I loved the chapters of sleep associations and feedings. It’s helped my 5 month old be able to fall asleep without crying most times. He use to cry for almost an hour to fall asleep, sometimes even when I was holding him. Major FOMO!
Now, after only 5 nights (the first night was rough), I can put him in his crib and he may fuss for a few minutes before falling asleep, but he falls asleep without being rocked, held, patted, sung to and shushed! Plus his nights being regulated have helped his naps regulate as well!
Love the sleep training!

This was well worth a credit to start sleeping well again. It quickly helped me identify my child's sleep problem. We were all getting much better sleep in just 3 nights of using some of the techniques. After one week, our child was sleeping through the night and has been for several weeks now.It Worked!

YES, it works. You must follow the directions properly though, starting the training and suddenly giving up and giving into your child’s cries is doing a disservice to your baby. They need to sleep through the night, do yourself and family a favour :)

But what is important about the audible book: The narrator is very very slow and boring. HOWEVER, There is a hack here. If you put it at 1.25 speed, Voila! Problem solved. The audio becomes much better, and, bonus, you will finish it faster. SO, go ahead, and speed it up!

I couldn't make it through the book because of the narrator's voice. My review is not about the book itself, it's the narrator.What didn’t you like about George K. Wilson’s performance?
It's a book about sleep and the narrator's voice was so monotone and boring I thought he was going to put ME to sleep! Maybe I should just play this in my kid's room to get her to sleep better.The narrator was TERRIBLE
